I simply get the "host (192.168.1.254) not reachable" message. However when I go to the PCs in the VPCS window, the PCs cannot even ping their default gateway (which seems odd because they can respond to pings from any router). All the routers can ping all the PCs and all the other routers. The network between router 2 and 3 is 10.2.2.0/30. The network between router 1 and 2 is 10.1.1.0/30. I have configured a very basic 3 router network as follows (also see attached pic):
